A flat software fee per tier.
Each tier carries a flat monthly software fee that sets your gates — concurrency, agent seats, analytics and routing — and rises with the tier. No per-seat fees, no per-escalation charges, no setup fee.
Minutes are pure metered — no bundle, no overage.
Every connected, answered minute bills at ₹9 (Starter), ₹8 (Growth) or ₹7 (Scale) — ₹7 is the floor. No included-minute math and nothing to "use up"; robocalls and spam are filtered before billing. Past ~10,000 min/mo we move you to a custom annual rate.
Your phone number is a pass-through cost.
The Indian DID rental is billed at provider cost plus a small markup (~₹500–1,500/number/mo), on the same wallet as Notifications/WhatsApp — it's not a profit line. Concurrency and agent seats are the tier lever, not the number.
