The controls below are built into SK Fleet today. We list what is verified and say plainly what is not yet documented, so you can take this page to your own security review.
In New Zealand. Data is processed and stored in a New Zealand region, with role-based access and an audit trail.
Dispatchers, cashiers, owners and chauffeurs each see what their role allows. Discount overrides are governed by role ceilings, and document access follows the same rules.
Money lives in append-only ledgers where a correction is a visible reversal. Compliance snapshots are stamped at booking and never recomputed. An activity stream projects every ledger in real time for owners and auditors.
The chauffeur app keeps working in a basement car park: every event is queued with its timestamp and synced when the connection returns. Customer and partner tracking links are decoupled from the telemetry feed, so a position gap never breaks the link. Every mutating request carries an idempotency key, so a retried request never creates a second booking.
Sixteen reports download as CSV. The API exposes your records with the same conventions across every Softknack product. If you leave, you take your data with you.
Most fleets load vehicles, chauffeurs and rate cards in the first week and run dispatch in parallel with the old system for a few days before switching. Partner feeds are connected on the demo or in week one.
WhatsApp on +91 89258 78162, Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm IST, and [email protected] for existing customers. Escalation paths and response targets are written into your agreement.
Send your questionnaire to [email protected]. We answer from the controls on this page and say where something is not yet in place.
We do not publish certifications, uptime guarantees or penetration-test results until they are documented and supported. If your procurement needs them, ask on the demo and we will tell you the current status rather than a promise.
