The inbox on Starter is answered by people. AI calls, AI replies and the assistant start on Growth, with 3,000 replies and 50 call minutes a month included.
WhatsApp messaging and WhatsApp AI Assist are not yet available in the United States, and nothing WhatsApp-related is priced here. Until then the inbox is SMS and email, with web chat answered by the AI.
