WhatsApp, for now

WhatsApp messaging and the WhatsApp AI Assist are coming soon on every plan. Today, reminders and confirmations go out by SMS from a registered US business number; every plan includes an SMS allowance, with USD 0.05 per SMS after that.

Calls beyond the allowance

Billed per minute of actual use from a prepaid balance you top up. When the balance is empty, outbound calling stops; nothing runs up a bill you didn't see.

Card terminal fees

SK Salon records the payment and the split. Acquirer and gateway fees are between you and your provider.

Hardware

Runs in a browser and on any phone. A tablet at the desk, a printer for receipts and a cash drawer are yours to choose.

Pricing questions

What does "per location" mean?
Each branch is its own location on the same plan, with its own phone number and its own included minutes. Staff are included up to the plan's count (5, 15 or 25); extra staff are USD 15 each a month on any plan.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, use 12. Growth is USD 1,990 a year instead of twelve monthly payments of USD 199; Starter is USD 790 and Scale USD 3,490.
How are calls charged?
Growth includes 150 minutes a month and Scale 300. Beyond that, voice is billed on actual seconds used, from a prepaid balance, at USD 0.40 a minute on both Growth and Scale. Starter has no AI voice.
Do I get a phone number?
Growth and Scale include one local phone number per location for the AI receptionist. An extra local number is USD 5 a month; a toll-free number is USD 9 a month.
Is WhatsApp included?
Not yet. WhatsApp messaging and the WhatsApp AI Assist are coming soon on every plan; we will say when, not before. Do you offer volume pricing?

Are prices shown with or without tax?
Before tax. Sales tax is added where it applies and shown as a separate line on your invoice. The sales tax your clients pay on services is separate: SK Salon puts it on every tax invoice and receipt you issue.
Can we cancel?
Monthly billing, no long lock-in. Annual billing is paid up front for 10 months and runs 12. Your data is yours to export at any time.
