Site crew is free up to three per full user (18 at this count); viewers are unlimited. Scans and emails beyond the allowance come off the Works Balance at the rates in the table.

The Works Balance, and what's not included

So there are no surprises on the first invoice.

Works Balance

One prepaid balance per organisation for bill scans and emails beyond the month's allowance. Allowance first, then the balance. It carries over, never expires and is not refundable. Top up from USD 5 in USD 5 steps. Top up by card.

Storage beyond the cap

Extra storage is USD 0.60 per GB a month, up to twice the plan's included amount: 15 GB in all on Lite, 30 on Team, 90 on Business. Beyond that, move up a plan.

WhatsApp and SMS fees

WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account at their rates; SMS by your telecom provider. SK Works sends the messages; the carriers charge for them.

Payment and bank fees

SK Works records the payment and the receipt. Gateway, ACH and card acquirer fees are between you and your provider.

What is a full user?
An owner, manager or accountant login: the people who create jobs, record money and run settings. Lite includes 2, Team 6, Business 15; extra full users are USD 22 a month each. Site crew logins, who mark steps done and record costs on site, are free up to three per full user. Viewers, who see revenue but never costs, are unlimited.
Do the plans differ in features?
No. Every feature ships in every plan: the two-track job card, append-only ledgers, margin per job, the customer progress portal, Suki voice, all nine documents, every integration. Plans differ only by full users and the monthly allowances for storage, bill scans and emails.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, use 12. Team is USD 1,290 a year instead of twelve monthly payments of USD 129; Lite is USD 490 and Business USD 2,990.
What is a bill scan?
A supplier bill, an invoice photo or a payment screenshot read into a cost or payment line for you, one page at a time. Each plan includes a monthly number of pages; beyond that, USD 0.02 a page from the Works Balance.
What is the Works Balance?
A single prepaid balance per organisation that covers scans and emails beyond the month's allowance. The allowance is used first and does not carry over; the balance carries over and never expires. Top up from USD 5 in USD 5 steps. There is no automatic top-up; nothing runs up a bill you did not see.

Business is the largest published plan. Beyond 15 full users we quote per user, from USD 15 a month each, on the demo.
Are prices shown with or without tax?
Before tax. Sales tax is added where it applies and shown as a separate line on your invoice. The sales tax your customers pay on your work is separate: SK Works puts it on every invoice and receipt you issue.
Can we cancel?
Monthly billing, no long lock-in. Annual billing is paid up front for 10 months and runs 12. Your jobs, ledgers and documents are yours to export at any time.
