Pricing questions

Straight answers.

Is it priced per seat?
No. One price per organisation: Starter AED 149, Growth AED 349 and Scale AED 799 a month, with 3, 5 and 15 agent seats. Extra seats are AED 109 a month each; past a couple of extra seats the next tier is the cheaper buy.
How is AI charged?
Growth includes 1,500 AI replies a month and Scale 5,000. After that, AED 0.05 for each message the AI sends, from the wallet. The look-ups it makes to write a reply are not charged separately. Starter has no AI.
What do WhatsApp messages cost?
Marketing templates AED 0.25 and utility or one-time-code templates AED 0.08 each, only when your business messages first, from the wallet. A customer's message, and your replies within 24 hours of it, cost nothing.
What if we have more conversations?
Starter includes 1,000 conversations a month, Growth 5,000 and Scale 20,000, across every channel. Another 1,000 is AED 59 a month; past a few packs the next tier is the cheaper buy.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, use 12. Growth is AED 3,490 a year instead of twelve payments of AED 349; Starter AED 1,490, Scale AED 7,990.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 15 days on every plan, with up to 100 AI replies and no template sends while you try it. Book a demo and we set it up on your own content.
Are prices shown with or without tax?
Before tax. VAT 5% is added where it applies, on the subscription and when you top up the wallet.
Can we cancel?
Monthly billing, no long lock-in. Annual billing is paid up front for 10 months and runs 12. Your chats and customer records are yours to export at any time.
