Each request is checked against your service coverage zones and minimum lead time. Anything outside is rejected automatically with a reason, so the partner can re-route it while there is still time. An answering SLA countdown runs on everything else.

The partner sees what the chauffeur does.

Accepted, en route, arrived, passenger on board, done: each stop transition fires a webhook to the partner. A tokenised tracking link follows the trip in any browser and keeps working through temporary telemetry drops. Your own console updates live over server-sent events.

Each partner gets its own credentials. Webhooks are HMAC-signed with secrets you can rotate without downtime. Deliveries retry with exponential backoff and land in a dead-letter queue if the partner is down, so nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
