Q: Are prices shown with or without tax?

Before tax. Sales tax is added to the fees where it applies and shown separately on the invoice. The sales tax customers pay on fares is handled separately on every tax invoice SK Fleet issues for you.

USD 0.60 per trip is a small share of any fare: put your own average fare in the calculator and see the exact figure. No tiers to outgrow, no per-seat licences, no hidden hosting bill. Volume pricing is agreed on the demo.

Partner API v6.1 and emailed CSV intake are included in the platform fee. Connectors are for feeds we build and maintain for you.

Conversation fees are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account at their rates.

Telephony

Call minutes and numbers stay with your telecom provider. SK Fleet logs the booking, not the call.

GPS hardware, if you want it

The chauffeur's phone is the tracker. If you prefer fitted trackers, that hardware is yours to buy.

Regulator reporting links

Document tracking and trip snapshots are built in. Live links to local regulator systems are scoped per operator.

What counts as a passenger trip?

One booking with a pickup and a drop-off. Each additional place the vehicle stops is an extra stop at USD 0.30; shared stops count once.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Connectors have no setup fee. Platform onboarding is confirmed on the demo for your fleet size, together with your go-live plan.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Once we know your monthly trips and segments we confirm a price on the demo. Volume pricing is never published.

How is a mixed fleet billed?

Each unit is billed at its own rate: passenger trips at USD 3, route stops and deliveries at USD 1.10, extra stops at USD 0.30. One invoice, one sales tax line.

Are prices shown with or without tax?

Before tax. Sales tax is added to the platform and usage fees where it applies, and shown as a separate line on your invoice. The sales tax your customers pay on fares is separate: SK Fleet puts it on every tax invoice and receipt you issue.

Can we cancel?

Monthly billing, no long lock-in. Your data is yours to export at any time.
